  • Last Update: March 30, 2026
  • Supported OS: Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11
  • This update program is only applicable to devices that support CoreDrive.

Note:

  • Please make sure to select the correct update version (Lite or Pro) based on your CoreDrive model and the file name before proceeding.
  • Only applicable to the latest version of the dock sold from October 2025 onwards.
  • The latest firmware is pre-installed at the factory. If the device is functioning normally, manual updates are not required.

Update Packages:

  • Lite Version Upgrade Package – Fixes SD, ROG, and mobile device black screen issues.
  • Pro Version Upgrade Package – Fixes Xbox Ally X Variable Refresh Rate & charging popup issues / Fixes Switch 2 USB-A no power in sleep mode.

Instructions:

  • Select the appropriate version download link and download the upgrade package (ZIP file).
  • Extract the downloaded upgrade package.
  • Open the DOC user manual and follow the instructions to operate the update tool.
